"Lean Partners understands how to lead; this is what sets them apart from other Lean experts. The internal skepticism about Lean that existed at the beginning of our journey has disappeared because Lean Partners inspires 'a-ha' moments and delivers sustainable results. The Tapemark team and I have a tremendous amount of respect for Lean Partners because of the value they have provided."
-
"Lean Partners take what sounds good in a presentation and makes it applicable for our specific needs. They make sure we will be able to sustain improvements to get the results we want. They do what they say they will do. They walk the talk."
-
"We view Lean Partners as an extension of our team, not an outsider. As a result, we built a partnership and a lean plan that works for Braas."
-
"First and foremost, Lean Partners teaches. Rather than simply providing Industrial Louvers with an assortment of lean tools, Lean Partners provides various models and guidance in using them to create and sustain a lean culture. The opportunity to practice implementing what's our company is learning in a safe environment through role playing makes all the difference."

Through sessions linked to Performance Coaching for Supervisors focused on developing standard work, team building and problem solving, St. Jude designed a way to eliminate overtime. The team was held accountable and sustained record-level production in St. Jude's effort of meeting customer demands during a 40-hour work week."
-
"Because of Lean Partners, our gross margins are at record levels and the outlook is extremely strong."

"I really enjoyed the class you taught last Friday. I already had an opportunity this morning to deal with 'Bob' and it was great to follow the steps in the model. Good job!!!"
The Lean Partners Story
Lean Partners was originally branded PDG and formed in 2003 in the Twin Cities by Tom Barrett (11 years with Eaton Corporation and Landscape Structures) and Steve Lage (15 years with Sauer-Danfoss). The company grew solely by referrals from satisfied clients to become the leading Minnesota-based consulting firm focused on Lean, Six Sigma and organizational development. The Iowa Division was created at the beginning of 2008. PDG started branding itself Lean Partners in 2010 and launched the Texas Division in 2011.
