Apply breakthrough methodologies
The Objective to achieve significant return on your investment is realized through the application of the world’s best known improvement tools – Lean and Six Sigma. Application of these tools is spread throughout the entire organization and people are excited about being involved in continuous improvement projects. Successes are happening all the time and people recognize and embrace the game of inches.
Our approach includes a detailed analysis of the organization’s issues and opportunities and then creates a roadmap for continuous improvement activities that will support the vision and strategic direction of the company. Much of the focus initially is on Lean activities as this is a toolkit for the masses. In fact, everyone should be trained and practicing some of the basic Lean methodologies while only a few should be skilled in the advanced tools of Lean and the toolkit of Six Sigma.
